These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WSJ Medical ™ website and related online services (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. WHO WE ARE / PURPOSE OF THE SITE
The Site provides information about WSJ Medical ™’s technologies and services related to EtO sterilization infrastructure and risk mitigation, and allows you to request materials and schedule consultations or briefings.

The Site is intended for business and professional audiences. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

The Site references U.S. Patent #10,987,443 et al.; no license is granted by these Terms except as expressly stated.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. USER SUBMISSIONS / COMMUNICATIONS
If you submit information through the Site (e.g., via forms or email), you agree:
• Not to submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information (including Protected Health Information/PHI) unless we expressly request it through a secure, encrypted channel.
• That you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.
• That we may use your submission to respond to you and to operate our business, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (e.g., scheduling/meeting platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WSJ MEDICAL ™ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) TO ACCESS THE SITE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WSJ Medical ™ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. EXPORT CONTROLS
You may not use, export, or re-export the Site or content in violation of U.S. export control and sanctions laws.

12. DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to:

13. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

14. SEVERABILITY; ENTIRE AGREEMENT; WAIVER
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
